Summer Strawberries & Dark Chocolate... Oh Yeah!!

Sweet summer strawberries are here, and we're pairing them with dark chocolate to create our "Strawberries & Chocolate" truffles. These will only be around for as long as summer strawberries are available. So...order some before they're gone!

Each batch of our strawberry truffles start with organic strawberries from our local farmer's market. These ripe and succulent berries are then slow roasted for hours, intensifying their flavor. Finally, they're pureed and blended into a dark chocolate ganache with a touch of organic coconut cream.

Our "Strawberries & Chocolate" truffles are enrobed in 72% dark chocolate and then topped of with a slice of organic dried strawberry. They're available in our large dessert-sized truffles and can be included as one of the flavors in our Truffles-To-Give, Truffles-To-Share or our Bulk Truffles.

Psst... our strawberry truffles are vegan, but don't tell anyone!
